Website enquiries are submitted through FormSubmit, a third-party form service, and delivered to our email account using Google Gmail. These providers process information to help us receive and manage enquiries. Their processing may involve locations outside the European Economic Area, subject to the safeguards and terms they apply. We do not sell your personal information.
5. How long do we keep it?
We aim to delete enquiries that do not become jobs within 12 months of our last contact, unless we need them for an ongoing discussion or legal reason. If you become a customer, invoices and relevant business records are kept for the periods required by Irish tax and accounting law, generally at least six years. Other job-related information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary.
